The 25mm thermally bonded nonwoven cellular fabric range is made with a thermal-calender-bonded base. Heat and pressure consolidate the fiber web before it becomes part of the cellular shade fabric. This identifies the base-fabric process, separate from surface printing or later finishing.
Light-filtering and blackout constructions are available within this range. The 25mm pleat format gives the bonded surface a defined cellular appearance, with color development and OEM/ODM supply for window-covering manufacturers and brands.
